Dua Lipa did not want to miss one of the most important dates in music, the 2024 BRIT Awards 2024, opting for the most seductive makeup look at the gala.

The 44th edition of this ceremony took place at the O2 Arena, with Lipa nominated for artist of the ear as well as best pop artist—and she left the audience speechless with her stylistic choices. After betting on the color red at the BAFTAs and the wonderful styling of Courrèges for the 2024 Grammy Awards, Lipa reunited on Donatella Versace for a look that won all the praise.

Lipa wore a long leather-effect dress from the Italian house founded by Gianni Versace that fit her silhouette perfectly. The upper part of the dress featured a corseted shape with a scoop neckline, as well as straps favoring the shape of the first letter of Versace. This detail was also reflected in the back through a subtle V-shaped opening. The look’s long mermaid skirt ended with a small tail. To finish off the look, she also opted for silver-colored Tiffany & Co. jewelry pieces, specifically a bracelet, a chain necklace, and a ring.

The “Dance The Night” singer also opted for a striking beauty look. The makeup put the focus on her eyes through a dramatic black cat-eye. The cat-eyeliner look dates back to Ancient Egypt, and Dua Lipa incorporated it to perfection.

For her burgundy hair, Dua Lipa chose to leave it loose and straight, but there was one subtle detail that also caught our attention: Her choice of nail color was the same exact shade as her hair. Is this our new favorite styling trick? It may be a simple action, but it clearly incorporates that je ne sais quoi that each and every one of the singer’s looks must feature.
