Musician Lena Meyer-Landrut has canceled another performance for health reasons. This time in Regensburg. The Instagram pages of the Piazza Festival Regensburg and the artist said that Lena was not feeling better after a “sudden medical emergency” on Sunday and that she was still receiving medical treatment. “Unfortunately we had to cancel the show in Regensburg today.”
There was no performance in Middle Franconia on Sunday
The 33-year-old has canceled the concert planned for Sunday (July 21, 2024) in Ansbach in Central Franconia due to illness. According to the organizers of the Ansbach Open festival, Leony is expected to perform an extended solo concert.
Cancellations already in June
It is not the singer’s first cancellation due to illness this summer. Earlier this month, Meyer-Landrut wrote on Instagram after the cancellation of concerts in Munich and Wangen im Allgäu, among others: “Slowly back to the dam. There had to be a few days of pause and rest.” The singer is currently on tour with her new album “Loyal to self”.
