Monika Alke becomes UKSH board member

Kiel. Monika Alke is the new board member of the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH). From July 1st, Alke will take over the position of Director of Nursing, Patient Care and Human Resources.

In this position, she is responsible for all personal and social affairs of the employees of UKSH and its subsidiaries. The lawyer also takes on management tasks in individual branches.

Alke’s predecessor, Corinna Jendges, left the northern top provider at the end of March. She is now commercial director at the University Hospital Jena. As of 2021, Alke has worked at the Airbus Group for a total of 22 years, most recently at the group’s headquarters in Toulouse. She was then a member of the board of operations and human resources and working director of Bremer Straßenbahn AG, as well as a member of the board of directors of Bremer Verkehrs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft.
