When I made this Week 3 Meal Plan, I had your busy schedule in mind! These quick and easy meals are delicious even if you’re on the go!

Browse your pantry and see what ingredients you already have and see how quickly and easily these meals are prepared. We do the Korean rice bowls All the time. They are so good! This week is going to be so delicious!

Let me make this easier for you and prepare the most delicious, flavorful recipes that come straight from the pantry and use food in moderation. These pantry staples are traditional meals every family will love. These meals feed a family of 4 to 6 people. And don’t forget to print your shopping list!

If you don’t like something on the menu (or your kids are picky and you need to swap a meal), you can! How to store leftovers

I typically only plan meals for 5 out of the seven days of the week. This is because we usually go out one of the nights or else we have leftovers! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in a airtight container in your refrigerator.
