Smaller package with more content
The Hamburg consumer advice center then hired a lawyer and threatened to sue him. The provider has now issued a cease and desist statement. We now find active sodium bicarbonate in a new, smaller and narrower packaging – it contains up to 100 grams more sodium bicarbonate than the previous one. This refutes the supplier’s argument that the filling height is due to technical reasons and that the large box is necessary for information. Everything is written there in the same way as before, only in a slightly smaller and more compact font. It works.
