After an incident is reported on the website, it will be the first anonymized and then analyzed by a team of experts made up of, for example, doctors, nurses and other specialists. Personal information such as names, contact details and other sensitive information is removed to protect confidentiality.
Experts examine what happened, why it happened, and how such problems can be avoided in the future. Its goal is to make suggestions to improve patient safety and strengthen health care. The results of this analysis, including suggestions for improvement, will be made available to various organizations, such as hospitals and nursing homes, so that they can learn from them.
